Training 12 13 2016

Felt strong today,  i.e. the weights felt easy,  but the endurance was subpar.  I wasn’t feeling all that well last night, for quite a few hours, so maybe that had something to do with it. For whatever the reason(s), the sets started great and ended pretty abruptly.

All Supportive Lifts again today. I suppose if I keep logging regularly, the split will become apparent and I can skip the introduction.

Close-Grip Bench

My close grip isn’t all that close. I set the edge of my palms on the power rings and then bring my hands down to the bar, so I’m likely an inch or so inside the rings. I keep my elbows tucked and bring the far fairly low on my sternum so my elbow stay under the bar. At least that’s what it feels like. I’ll have to shoot some video to see.
